Emily's Salmon Salad

Ingredients
I can salmon (15 oz)3 T chopped onions (I like red)7 jumbo black olives, chopped3 T chopped raw celery3 T Hellman's light mayo2 tsp. dijon mustardDash pepper and salt (or to taste)
Directions
Drain salmon and remove any bones
Roughly chop salmon
Add remaining ingredients and stir

Makes 2 hearty servings
