Lemon Pepper Chicken and Veggie Rice

1lb Chicken (boneless, skinless)Cream of mushroom soup (whole can)Can of water1 cup instant rice2/3 cup frozen mixed vegetablesGarlic PowderMinced OnionSaltPepperLemon Pepper Seasoning
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix together soup, can of water, rice and vegetables in small casserole pan. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and minced onion to taste.
Clean chicken and place on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on top of chicken.
Place in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, flip chicken over, sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and place back in the oven. Cook for another 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
