Ingredients
4 boneless, skinnless breasts10 Tablespons light sour cream8 Tablesoons parmesan cheesedill, dried or fresh to taste(I usually have to use dried dill because we don't have fresh herbs locally, but I would use fresh if I had a source.)
Directions
I like to cut my chicken breasts into two thinner fillets, but it isn't necessary. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and dill, to taste. Bake in an oven at 350 degrees until done. Take out of oven and allow to cook. While the chicken is cooling, mix together light sour cream and parm. When chicken is suffuciently cool, spread the mixture over the top of the chicken. Broil in oven until the cheese has melted. I like to let the topping begin to turn a tiny bit brown before I remove.
This is also really good left over the next day.

I was looking for a way to use my fresh dill and this recipe was really yummy! I cut back the amount of sourcream to 1/2 cup and added minced garlic to the sourcream mix....My husband called it gourmet! - 8/4/10
