Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon/ Rainbow Trout

18oz Salmon/Trout (24oz raw)4T light butter, salted1/2c brown sugar
Melt butter in saucepan, stir in brown sugar to make glaze. Baste fish with a small amount of the glaze, bake at 350 10 minutes for each inch of thickness. Let glaze simmer and thicken as the fish cooks. Top fish with remaining glaze and serve with rice and vegetables.
