Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Whole Wheat Flour3 Tablespoons Skim Milk1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder1 Tablespoon Honey5 Chopped Almonds
Directions
Add all ingredients into a coffee mug, stir and microwave immediately.

Mug will be very hot...be careful!

I actually got this recipe from another SP member (I don't remember her name), but noticed it wasn't listed here, so I added it and tweaked it a little bit.

    This mug bread was ok, but I did have to adapt the recipe a little to my liking. Since the resulting bread was chewey. I added a tsp of room temparature butter and one egg to this and liked the result a lot better. Perfect to make french toast with too. - 6/23/13
