Authentic Sweedish Meatballs

Ingredients
1/2 lb lean ground beef1/4 lb ground pork2 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper1 egg2 tbsp minced onion3/4 C bread crumbs1/2 C non fat milk1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1/4 C Olive oilGravy:1/4 C flour1 tsp paprika2 C non fat milk3/4 C sour cream (sub. light plain yogart for less calories)1/4
Directions
Mix together and shape into balls the size of a walnut. (About 32) Heat 1/4 C olive oil in a skillet and brown the meatballs. Remove meatballs. Add 1/4 C flour, 1 tsp paprika. Make smooth. Add 2 C milk and 3/4 C sour cream. Return the meat to the gravy and simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve over potatoes or noodles. Makes 8, 4 meatball servings.
