1 pound elk meat1 pound beef steak6 green chilies3 jalapenos4 tomaotoes1 bottle cooking sherry (about 16oz)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
cube elk meat and steak and brown. In a stock pot place the cooking sherry, peppers and tomatoes add meat and simmer for about an hour. Server over rice
