Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 can crushed Pineapple in Juice2 cups plain, fat free yogurt1 cup Ocean Spray No Sugar Added Juice (any flavor, but I prefer the cranberry/pomegranate or cranberry/blueberry)2 cups strawberries (I use frozen Dole)1 banana2 scoops of GNC Whey Protein, unflavored
Directions
Put all the ingredients in your blender. The frozen strawberries work better than ice to keep the smoothie thick. Pour and enjoy!
