Crockpot Cabbage & Burger meal

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 32 oz or 2 poundsCanned Tomatoes diced, 3 cup (24 oz can)White Rice, long grain, .5 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Garlic, 1 clove Water, 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, shredded
Directions
brown ground beef, onions, garlic and celery in a frying pan. Layer 1/2 of the beef mixture in a 5 quart crockpot. Put 1/2 the cabbage on top, sprinkle with 1/2 the rice and tomatoes (add salt and pepper if you like). Repeat the layers. Add 1/2 cup of water over the top.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 8 hours.
