Tilapia Rice Casserole

Ingredients
Tilapia 175 ozMinute Rice 4 servings (according to table on box)One can yellow corn One can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Soup
Directions
Cook the rice according to the box and set aside.
Cook the fish until just cooked. Flake apart and season with any season you want (I used garlic and onion powder with a dash of pepper).
Mix together all the ingredients and heat over medium heat until the entire mixture is hot.

This is a stand alone meal but you could serve it wtih veggies or a meat if you want.

Makes 6 one cup servings.

    I found this recipe easy to make and was very surprised at how good it was. I used long grain & wild rice since I did not have white rice on hand. I also added a little more fish. - 5/9/09
