2 boxes of Zatarain's Red Beans and Rice1 # of Oscar Mayer Turkey Smoked Sausage (2/3 less fat regular smoked sausage)
Make red beans and rice according to package directions. Slice sausage and saute in non-stick skillet until brown. Combine sausage with beans and rice. Serve with hot corn and cornbread. Make 8 1 cup servings.
