Salmon Patties

Ingredients
2 14-oz. cans salmon, remove bones & fatty skin3 TB mayo1 tsp dry rosemary2 TB lemon juice1/2 tsp black pepper1 cup panko breadcrumbs, dividedmix 1/2 cup with patty mixture, bread patties with other half.4 TB vegetable oil
Directions
Mix patty ingredients, form 13 patties, bread each side with panko breadcrumbs. Heat 2 TB vegetable oil in skillet on medium. Fry 3 mins. on each side. Takes 2 batches.
