- 2 slices double fiber bread or lite wheat- 1 large egg- 1/4 cup skim milk- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Beat egg in a bowl & add milk and vanilla. Dip bread into mixture and cook in a skillet sprayed with PAM until brown. Serve with maple syrup. My favorite is Smucker's Sugar Free Breakfast Syrup.
