Savory Zucchini Pancakes

Ingredients
3 c shredded zucchini1 c flour1 T baking powder1 t baking soda2 eggs1/2 c shredded cheese, lowfat1/2 t garlic salt1 t seasoning salt2 t chicken bouillon1 T applesauce
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients; beat in eggs just until combined. Add zucchini last.

Cook like pancakes.
