Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
Salsa, 1 cup Chicken breast, skinless boneless 3ozRice, 1 cup cooked
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a pyrex oven dish, cover the bottom with 1/2 cup of salsa.

Place the chicken breast in the pan and cover with remaining salsa.

Bake for 30 minutes or until done.

At the same time, cook rice in a rice cooker according to directions (or your usual way)

Put the rice on the plate and place the chicken breast on top. Poor the salsa over both.
