Low-Fat Banana muffins with mini chips

3/4 Cup unsweetened applesauce 1 1/2 Cup sugar -or less1 1/2 Cup bananas-mashed2 eggs beaten1 tsp vanilla2 cup flour (I use 1 cup white and 1 cup whole wheat)1 tsp baking soda1 tsp. salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup nonfat milk
mix applesauce, sugar, bananas, eggs and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon in sepaerate bowl. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately to banana mixture a small amount at a time, mix well after each addition. Add 3/4 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips pour into greased or papered muffins tins-cook 350 about 20 miinutes
