Raspberry Cream Cheese Muffins

2 c Flour.5 c Sugar1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Salt1 tsp Cinnamon1 tsp Vanilla.5 tsp Nutmeg1 Egg1 c Milk.25 c Motts Applesauce.5 pkg Cream Cheese, 1/3 Fat6 Tbs Polaner Raspberry Preserves, Splenda.
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix dry ingredients together. Add milk, egg and applesauce to make batter.
Spray muffin pan with pam. Fill muffin tins with batter half way. Place a piece of cream cheese and .5 Tbs of preserves in the middle of each muffin. Cover with batter until muffin tin is full.
Bake for 16-20 min, until golden brown.
