Paula's Hamburger Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1.2 lb extra lean ground beef3 cups (cooked) basmati rice1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup1 cup frozen mixed vegetables1/4 tsp pepper1/8 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp ground basil
Directions
1. Cook rice according to package directions
2. Brown ground beef, drain
3. Mix all ingredients, place in medium casserole dish
4. Bake for 20-30 mins until vegetables are cooked through
