Had this last night. Great! I was kind of leery of fat free cheese and ground poultry, but it was delicious. This is a "keeper". I don't 'do' artificial sweeteners so I did use regular brown sugar. And I used red pepper instead of the green. Don't know if this made it sweeter or not. - 5/8/09

This sounds great! Have you thought about using Pilsbury reduced fat biscuits? - 5/6/09

I try to stay away from those they use trans fat in a ton of their products I was shocked when I started reading pillsburys labels

I used bottled BBQ sauce. It was great. Hubby wants me to try with sloppy joe mix instead of BBQ. I also want to try using 8oz bottle ranch dressing with some sliced black olives. I add sage and garlic to ground meat for sausage flavor. - 5/5/09

Yes there are so many ways you could do these. I like the homeade bbq sauce just for calorie purposes glad you liked them
