Biscuits- wheat germ

Ingredients
2c flour3tsp baking powder1tsp salt3tbsp wheat germ3/4c milk1/2c butter1tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
mix all of the dry ingredients.
Melt the butter (or have it really soft) add in milk and vinegar - this curdles the milk.
Add wet to dry slowly mixing 2-4 strokes between.
DO NOT OVER MIX.
Cook in oven at 450 for about 10-12 min.
serve hot.
