- scramble eggs in a nonstick pan, set aside

- heat oil in the pan, add chopped garlic and onion, fry until fragrant, add diced carrots, add sambal oelek, stir, add rice, mix, add sweet soy sauce and ketchup, mix, add scrambled eggs and chicken strips, mix, add chopped spring onion.
