Sweet and Sour Navy Bean Salad

Beans, navy, 2 cup Celery, raw, 1 1/4 cup, diced Onions, raw, .1/2cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1/2, chopped Vinegar, .1/2 cup Italian Salad dressing, .1/2 cup Dry Mustard, 1 tsp Garlic salt 1/2 teaspoonPaprika, 1/4 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 tsp Pimiento, stemmed and peeled, 1/4 cup3/4 teaspoon Frankenmuth All Purpose Seasoning
Soak beans in 6 cups of water for up to 8 hours or over night in the referigartor. Drain and rinse. Combine with 6 cups of fresh water and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until the beans are tender. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Chill in refrigerator about 4 hours before serving.

I know where Frankenmuth is, but not about their seasoning. I am fixing this for supper, using seasonings i have on hand. The mustard would make it German as well. i make my beans from dry as well, to reduce the sodium. - 7/14/09
