*Flour, white, 2 cupBaking Powder, 4 tsp Salt, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cupMilk, 1%, 1.5 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large*Canola Oil, .5 cup Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, thawed
Directions

Beat together milk and egg. Add to dry ingredients. Add oil. Fold carefully. Bake at 375 for about 25 mins. or until top is firm and brown.
