Goofy Cake

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Pure White Vinegar, 1 tbsp Instant Coffee, 8 fl oz tepid
Serves 9 (depending on pcs size)
Mix in cooking 9in square pan, ungreased.
Blend dry ingredients well. Place in one corner measure vanilla, next corner oil, third corner vinegar. Pour TEPID coffee over all and mix well.
Bake 15 mins at 400, turn down to 325 bake until done, about 30 mins. Test with toothpick.
