1 lb. Asparagus1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 tsp. Salt1/4 tsp. Pepper
Snip ends of Asparagus, place in bag with EVOO. Lay in single layer on cookie sheet or broiling pan spinkle with salt and pepper and roast at (350) in oven or under broiler.
Cover pan with Aluminum Foil for a simple clean-up!
