Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. cooked diced skinless boneless chicken breast- grill, bake or par boil 1 can cream of chicken soup- low sodium okay2 cans chicken broth- organic, regular or reduced sodium okay1 can of diced tomatoes and green chiles- mild, medium of hot to taste1 large carrot- chopped1 tbsp. cilantro- fresh or dried okay
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. Serve with suggested toppings or as is. Enjoy!
