Broccoli, Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
2 cups broccoli, chopped small2 cups cauliflower, chopped small1/2 cup raisins1 Tablespoon dehydrated onion flakes1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds1 1/2 Tablespoons imitation bacon bits2 Tablespoons light mayo2 Tablespoons white vinegar1 teaspoon Splenda1/4 cup skim milk
Directions
Put all ingredients except the mayo, vinegar and splenda in a mixing bowl. Blend the mayo, vinegar, skim milk and Splenda in a mini food processor. Pour over the salad mixture and mix well. Let sit in the refrigerator until flavors blend. You can adjust the vinegar and splenda to taste. If you prefer the bacon bits and sunflower seeds crunchy, add them just before serving. Makes 10-1/2 cup servings
