Grilled Chicken Pita Pocket Sandwiches With Yogurt and Honey Mustard

1 Whole Wheat Pita1/4 Cup Salad Greens1/4 cup Spinach Greens2 TBS match stick cut carrots4 Strips Red, Yellow and Green Peppers4 Thin slices of Cucumber1/4 Cup match stick cut Broccoli and Chopped Cauliflower together2 tsp Honey Mustard2 TBS plain, low fat yogurt1/2 Cup grilled Chicken tenderloin
Mix well the honey mustard and yogurt and set aside. Prep the veggies and cut the Pita bread in half to make two pockets. Stuff each pocket with half the meat and veggies and top with the yogurt/honey mustard mixed.
