Stuffed Green Pepper Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 c. onion, chopped2 tbsp. minced garlic3 chopped green peppers (I used big ones)10.5 oz. can tomato soup14 oz. can diced tomatoes6 oz. tomato paste4 1/2 soup cans water1 C. dry instant brown rice
Directions
Brown ground beef (lean 97/3), onions and garlic. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer until green peppers are soft and rice is done.

Makes 12 cups @ 2 pt. each
