boil wh2ole chicken, 2 lbs pork tenderloin with salt peper garlic onions and celery. 2 1/2 hrs. soak corn husks 2 hrs in warm water. once done shred pork set aside broth, debone and remove skin from chicken set broth aside, shred and mix w pork. add paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin to meat and mix well. prepare masa line husks fill w meat roll, steam 2 hrs
