Potato Salad

12 Potatos 6 Eggs6 Small Pickles 1 Large Onions3 Cloves Garlic2 tsp Salt 2 c Mayonnaise1/4 c. Prepared Yellow Mustard(remove)
Place potatoes and eggs in a pot and cover with water until 1" above. Boil until skins start to split. Remove from heat and let cool down until you can peel them without burning yourself. Cube potatoes into bite sized pieces, and finely dice eggs, pickles, onions and garlic. To these, add the Mayo, salt and mustard. Mix well. Cover and keep refrigerated until time to serve.
