raw vegan whipped sweet potatoes

Ingredients
1-1/2 c sweet potatoes or yam, peeled & chopped1-1/2 c cauliflower chopped1 c pine nuts1/4 leek, or slice onion2 T onion pwd3 T olive oil1/4 c filtered water1 t sea salt to taste2 T dried parsley
Directions
serves 4

in food processor, chop up yam or sweet potato, cauliflower, nuts
add rest of ingredients process till smooth as possible.
then transfer mix to high speed blender, on hi till whipped completely smooth.
adjust salt as needed. (edited: i have reduced amount)
best warmed in dehydrator.
