Ingredients
* Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) * Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 10 grams * Milk, nonfat, 2 cup * Corn Starch, .25 cup * Salt, 1 tbsp * Pepper, black, 2 tbsp * Garlic powder, 2 tbsp * *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
Directions
add chopped broccoli and onions to pot add water and all spices and bouilllon boil till broccoli in tender . add milk bring to slow boil mix corn starch with a little water add to thicken to the thickness you prefer. serves 4-5
