Apple Betty

Ingredients
2 Cups thinly sliced apples2 Tbsp orange juice1/4 cup wheat flour2 Tbsp brown sugar1/2 tsp ground cinnamonpinch of salt1 Tbsp Smart Balance Spread
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8 in baking dish.
Spread apples in dish. Sprinkle with orange juice.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in Smart Balance until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Scatter over apples.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
