Ingredients
.75 c. cut, fresh or frozen strawberries.75 c. fresh or frozen raspberries3 tsp. Splenda.25 c. oatmeal2 tsp.Country Crock2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Place strawberries & raspberries in an oven-safe dish. Sprinkle 1 tsp. Splenda over berries. Mix remaining Splenda and all other ingredients together in another bowl. Top the berries ith the oatmeal mixture. Bake in a 350F oven for 35 mins. (Time may vary depending on oven.)
Other berries, peaches or rhubarb can be substituted for the berries.
Makes 2 servings.

    I did make this and it was very quick..I lessened the calories a bit by substituting applesauce for the butter and it turned out great..nutrient dense desert, nice looking, delicious and easy to prepare..will be preparing this again! - 3/27/07
