Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancake mix

Ingredients
1 cup of mix 3/4 cup milk (recipe calculates using nonfat)1 egg1TB oil ( I used olive, becasue that's what I had handy!)
Directions
mix ingredients and pour onto a medium hot griddle. you need somekind of oil or it will stick- I used pam cooking spay. flip when the edges start to get dry. Enjoy with your favorite topping I usually have with real maple syrup I only need abouta tablespoon or so and that satisfies me. Teh batter isa bit thin so you might want to go a bit lighter on the milk if you prefer a thicker batter.
