Walnut Side Rice

Ingredients
2 cups White Rice1 cup Mushrooms, chopped1 small Onion, chopped1 cup Walnuts, chopped2 cloves Garlic, chopped or pressed10 fl oz Chicken Broth2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Saute' onions, garlic & walnuts in olive oil until tender over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and stir in rice. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes or until liquid has cooked off.
Serve immediately!
