Flossie's Cabbage Pickles (0.5 tbsp serving)

Ingredients
1 cup Yellow Mustard 3 cups Vinegar 1 large cabbage1 cauliflower2 cucumbers5 cups Granulated Sugar 2 lbs onions1 tsp ground tumeric 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Directions
Soak onion, cabbage, cucumbers and cauliflower in pan of 1/2 cup salt mixed with boiling water. Let cool and drain. Place ingredients in pot on top of stove. Add sugar and vinegar. Boil for one hour. Remove from heat. Add mustard and tumeric powder. Stir in flour and water to thicken. Bottle while hot. Makes approximately 12 bottles.
