Fruit & Oat Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup of strawberries, fresh or frozen1 banana1/2 cup of oats1 cup milk, soy can be used1/2 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 tbsp. honey
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender on any speed for 30 secs. Ice may be added but not necessary. Vanilla & honey are not needed, adding it makes it a little sweeter. Pour in cup and enjoy.
