2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup self-rising flour2 eggs1 1/3 cup reduced fat (2%) milk3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil6 Jennie-o turkey sausage links1/2 tsp black pepper1/4 cup green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and sweet onion2 oz canned mushrooms1/2 cup Kraft 2% mild cheddar cheese, shredded
Saute turkey sausage, green and red peppers, onion, mushroom, and black pepper in pan. Mix both flours with eggs, oil, and milk. Stir in sausage mixture from pan and add cheese. Prepare muffin pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
