Turkey Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
16 oz. Roll Honeysuckle White Turkey Breakfast Sausage4 cups Frozen Shredded Hashbrown Potatoes1/4 cup Melted Butter1.5 cup Shredded Cheddar (2% milk)1/2 cup Chopped Onion1 (16 oz.) Container Fat Free Cottage Cheese1.5 cups Egg Beaters (equivalent to 6 eggs)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Brown sausage in skillet, drain grease & set aside. In casserole dish, stir together hashbrowns & butter. Press potatoes down on bottom & sides of dish, to make a crust. In a separate bowl, mix together sausage, cheese, onion, cottage cheese & egg. Pour over potato crust. Bake 60-70 minutes in preheated oven.
