Honey Mustard Turkey With Snap Peas

1 lb Turkey Breast Cut In Slices1/2 Cup Dijon & Honey Marinade1 Cup Baby Carrots Cut In Half Lengthwise2 Cups Frozen Snap Peas
1. Place turkey in shallow bowl and pour marinade over sliced turkey. Cover dish and let sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
2. Spray 10 inch skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Drain most of marinade from turkey. Cook turkey in skillet turning once till brown. (about 5 minutes)
3. Add carrots lifting turkey to place carrots on bottom of skillet. Top turkey with pea pods. Cover and simmer about 7 minutes or until carrots are tender and turkey is no longer pink in center.
