Curry Dip or Dressing, about 1 Tablespoon

Ingredients
4 Tablespoons light sour cream4 Tablespoons light mayo1 medium scallion chopped fine1/8 teaspoon hot sauce1 teaspoon dijon mustard1 teaspoon curry powder(I used Penzey's Balti type)salt to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients. If time permits, allow to chill for 1/2 hour to allow flavors to blend. Additional ingredients can be added, such as fresh parley, chives or dill, capers, and/or shallots, none of which change the calories very much. Serving size is about 1 tablespoon.
