*Flour, white, 1 cup SELF RISINGCORN MEAL MIX SELF RISING, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 1 largeButtermilk, lowfat, 1 cup *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
PRE HEAT OVEN TO 460*
MIX ALL INGREDIANTS WELL.
POUR INTO LIGHTLY GREASED OR PAM SPRAYED CAST IORN FRYING PAN OR ANY
OTHER PAN.
BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
CUT INTO 12 SLICES
SERVING SIZE IS 1/12 OF PAN
or use a 12 cup muffin pan, that is the easiest way and equally divide the batter.
