Chocolate Chip Fiber One Scones

Ingredients
Ingredients:Fiber One Complete Pancake Mix (Dry), 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar, .25 cup Kroger Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 4 tbsp Milk, nonfat, .25 cup 3 Egg whitesIcing Ingredients:Powdered Sugar, .5 cup, unsiftedVanilla Extract, .5 tspMilk, nonfat, 2 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.

Mix dry ingredients including the chocolate chips. In a mixing cup, combine the milk and egg whites and whisk together. Then add to dry mix and gently fold in. Don't over mix!

Drip by large spoonfuls on cookie sheet and shape into triangle. Cook for 10 minutes.

Mix the last 3 ingredients into an icing and drizzle over the top of the warm scones.

This recipe will yield 8 good size scones.

We enjoy these with a nice cup of tea or a latte!!!

    Yes. The "serving" = 1 egg white. I updated the recipe to read 3 egg whites. Enjoy!
