Ingredients
1 1/2 cups oatmeal1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar3/4 cup all purpose flour3 tsp cinnamon3/4 cup butter or margerine6 cups apples, peeled, cored and sliced.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel, core and slice apples and place into an 8X8 inch baking dish.
Combine Oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in a large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry cutter, two knives or with fingers.
Sprinkle topping over apples.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Serving = 1/9 of baking dish.
