Ingredients
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 12 cupMilk, 1%, 1 TKraft Free American Cheese Singles, 1 slice Broccoli, fresh, 2T chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 tbsp Scallions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped *Tomatoes, 2T chopped
Directions
mix all ingredients and put in ziplock quart size freezer bag. Put bag in boiling water for 10-13 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Pours easily out of bag. Enjoy!
