Great Northern Bean Sautee Thing

Ingredients
1 can of great northern beans, drained & rinsed1 can of diced tomatoes, drained & rinsed1 tsp olive oil1 cup fresh chopped onion10 oz chopped spinach (fresh or thawed)1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped3 cloves garlic (chopped)Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
1. Heat olive oil in non-stick frying pan over medium heat
2. Add garlic and onion & sautee until onion is tender
3. Add all remaining ingredients, cover, and let cook (stirring occasionally) until all ingredients are thoroughly heated. There should be enough juice from ingredients to keep it from sticking.
4. Salt & pepper to taste

    Ingredients go well together...I added seasonings (no salt seasoning, oregano, garlic pwdr, cilantro and a tad bit of lemon juice. Serving w/ leftover chicken & a cup of pasta.
