Lowfat Banana Oat Muffins

1.25 cups mashed bananas - about 3 very large bananas6 Tbsp All Whites Egg Whites1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk1.5 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda2 tsps baking powder1/2 cup quick oats2 cups white flour.25 cups brown sugar1/2 cup sugar2 tsp ground cinnamon
In a large bowl mash the bananas. Mix in the rest of the wet ingredients plus the sugar. Add in the dry and mix until well moistened.
Pour into 22 greased silicon muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (or until just set).
