chicken veg stir fry with noodles

2 oz deboles pasta2 boneless skinless chicken breasts2 boneless skinless chicken thighs2 cups stir fry asparagus mix4 TB oil (can easily use less, my husband cooked this batch)1 clove garlic2 tsp fresh ginger root1 TB soy sauce
Cook noodles in boiling water until tender, drain and set aside, thinly slice chicken and put in plastic bag with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Add 2 TB oil to wok and heat until fragrant, add seasoned chicken and stir fry until mostly done, remove from wok, add 2 TB oil to wok and heat until fragrant, add frozen veg mix (we defrost first in microwave to speed cooking) and stir fry until vegetables are tender and heated through, stir in chicken and noodles and stir fry together until well mixed, tender, and hot.
